Milligan: Started learning magic at the age of ten, inspired by the Tony Curtis portrayal of Houdini. After going to college to please his parents and securing an engineering job it was not long that magic came calling. In 1976 the opportunity arose to join the traveling James E. Striate Shows as an escape artist and side show magician - Milligan has never had a real job since. He quickly learned to love life on the road and has presented his magic around the world.

Marianne: After appearing in several Japanese TV commercials and modeling in Japan Marianne was ready for a new challenge. In 1992 she was hired by Milligan as an extra during a tour of Japan. Once on stage together their chemistry redefined his show and a team was born. Marianne is also a legal consultant and accomplished business attorney, graduating at the top of her class from McGeorge School of Law.
